Project Managers are the official Responsible of the final result of Project activities; Project Managers are appointed by the Director of Operations and remain in charge until the end of the whole Project life-time. Project Manager is the single point of responsibility for the performance of the project.
KTI structure is based on several Departments:
Technical Departments: Process,Civil, Underground & HVAC, Piping, Instruments, Electrical, PVHE and Equipment, Civil, Construction, Project Planning & Cost Control.
Managerial Department: Quality & HSE, Human Resources, Finance & Administration Legal and Contracts, Business Development.
KTI personnel is organized based on matrix management. Therefore, Project Teams are made up by several professionals in different positions, such as: Process Engineers, Engineering Managers, Procurement Coordinators and Planning & Cost Control Coordinators. The Personnel involved time by time in these Task Forces is selected according to each Project characteristics, site and duration.
A permanent staff of Project Engineers provides assistance, when necessary, to the Project Managers helping in the interfacing and coordination with Technical Departments.
